Find out more about The Care Home Group
In the UK, the 85+ age group is the fastest growing demographic, set to grow by 106% in the next 20 years
We acquire, renovate and operate the premier luxury care accommodation in affluent areas of the south west of England, providing 5-star levels of care and service to residents aged 65+ who self-fund their care.
With an ageing population placing increasing pressure on existing care accommodation and resources, the market demand for our investment opportunities is clear.
We purchase suitable dilapidated properties and renovate them to a luxury standard using our own property development company, Carlauren Ltd. We then operate them, using our dedicated care services business Caring Communities Ltd, as 5-star care facilities for self-funding retirees offering premium standards of professional nursing and care together with hotel standards of customer service.
Care communities offer the full spectrum of care for residents, from assisted living apartments to residential, nursing and dementia care in specialist care studios, meaning that residents’ needs can be catered for throughout their later years as their care needs change.
Investing with us therefore presents the ethical investor with the opportunity to enjoy excellent returns, whilst supporting vital social infrastructure.
We offer a range of investment opportunities for persons who qualify as high net worth individuals, sophisticated investors, and self-certified sophisticated investors.

Why invest in care?
The number of people reaching retirement age in the UK is growing - and will continue to do so at a steady rate for the next 20 years. During this period the number of people aged 85+ will grow by 106%.
The number of care beds in the UK is currently declining however, as older properties close due to lack of investment. Industry experts warn of an acute shortfall in beds by 2020. New facilities will be required - and will need to cater for a retiring generation that has higher expectations, and the financial resources to fund them, for care in its later years.
