Sean Murray, CEO & Founder
Sean is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record in creating and growing successful businesses in the UK and international real estate, telecoms and IT markets. Following a number of successful product and system innovations Sean is passionate about delivering change and challenging the norm within the care sector, and established The Care Home Group in 2015.
Russell Gardner, Managing Director
Russell has many years experience in establishing and growing successful businesses, primarily in the pharmaceutical, catering, industrial and manufacturing sectors. This has included the development of an innovative aseptic process for packaging milk into sticks, developing the technology and the brand ‘Dairy Stix’ which is now seen in hotels and other facilities around the world. He also established Allied Pharma Machinery in 2006, a pharmaceutical machine agency business working with leading manufacturers in their respective fields and selling to the world’s largest pharma companies. Russell has joined The Care Home Group to support Sean in developing the structure and organisation of the business as it rapidly expands.
Steve Twigg, Marketing Director
An architecture graduate and full member of the Chartered Institutes of Marketing and Public Relations, Steve leads on investor and residential brand, marketing and communications strategies for the Group and its subsidiaries - as well as playing a creative role on development projects. He has more than 20 years’ experience of design, marketing, sales and business development within the UK real estate market - including 15 years at Capita plc, the FTSE 100 BPO and professional support services company. As marketing director of its real estate and infrastructure business he played an integral role in its growth into one of the UK’s largest consultancies with over 4,500 staff and revenues of £330m. Steve is a director of Caring Communities Ltd.
Paul Murphy, Executive Consultant of Sales
Paul has over 20 years’ experience in selling UK and international real estate investments to private investors around the world. As director of sales for City-based businesses, Paul has developed an in-depth understanding of UK financial markets and diversification for private client’s portfolios. Paul is responsible for all commercial activity relating to both investor sales, including management of our agency network.
Robert Fielder, Director of Care & Support
Robert has over 35 years’ experience working in adult social care and heads our Caring Communities business. An experienced care professional Robert has held senior management positions in both the elderly and learning disability sectors and has worked for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an inspector of care homes, supported living environments and day care services. He has been chartered in both housing and management and a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Gareth Bristow, Senior Designer
Gareth is the senior designer within our Carlauren development team. His skills and expertise in preparing master-planning, conservation, designing for care and managing design teams for several world-renowned architecture practices and clients, has resulted in several national and international design awards. As a highly-experienced designer for 30 years, his foremost objective has always been to create designs that perfectly fit the client’s needs and that are also carefully considered with appropriate design.
